How to maintain weight loss by drinking water

Hello my fellow readers, It has been almost a week since my last post. Today I will share with you about simple techniques on how you can use water to maintain your weight loss. It is so simple but not many people realize it.

First of all, you need to know the fact that by drinking water when you are hungry can make you feel full. It is as simple as that. Drink water when you are hungry and try to avoid eating for few hours. During that time, you will burn your fat while you are not hungry. You can practice this technique every day before taking heavy meals. I can assure you that you will automatically reduce the amount of food you take daily. I am not saying that you should skip the meals but at least you will delay it for a few hours. If you are having 6 meals a day previously, it can be reduced to 5 or 4 meals a day without any supplements or heavy weight training program. Loosing weight about 5-10 kg a month is not impossible by practicing my secret technique.haha

Changing your lifestyle for easy weight loss

Changing your lifestyle is not as hard as you think. If you want to change your lifestyle, it does not mean you are bounded by the tight schedule just for sake of loosing weight fast. You just need to keep doing the healthier things and it will slowly trains you. The more you act healthy, the better the results you get. Here are some habits that you might consider to change if you are serious to maintain your weight loss.

The bad habits include
  • not getting enough sleep
  • sitting too long in front of computer, desk, car, TV
  • frequently eating out at restaurants
  • fast food and drinks


and change them to
  • taking the stairs
  • gardening
  • walking instead of driving
  • cleaning etc.
  • sleeping
  • manage stress well
  • read food labels
  • doing cardio excercise and many more.


You can think of them yourselves. All those habits is not torturing at all and you may see changes in just a few weeks. Good luck in loosing weight by changing your lifestyle
